What is Green Career Coaching?
Career coaching with Waterford's Beth Offenbacker, PhD, is designed to provide clarity, insight, and strategic planning in support of your career as a green industry professional. Beth's coaching with individual clients focuses on four elements: Goals, Action, Accountability, and Self-Awareness.

Career Coaching Jumpstart (Four 90-minute, one-on-one Sessions - $397)
All coaching sessions conducted via Zoom.
Each coaching session is recorded with the recording provided to you.
Specific coaching based on your needs and questions.
Includes resources and tools specific to your goals.
Monthly payment plans are available.
Beth uses a strengths-based approach that seeks to acknowledge and activate Your Greatest Self – as an individual, as a professional, and as a Green leader. Green Career Coaching with her includes the following:
Review your "green" career goals with you, based on where you are right now and where you want to land in the sustainability field
Guiding you to see possibilities, new options, or alternative viewpoints in support of your "green" career goals and search plan
Introductions (when possible) to fellow professionals in your chosen field or related fields
Preparing you successfully for interviews, honing your core messages, and providing resume review
Serving as a “sounding board” for "green" career options
Providing a lens into the hiring process from the perspective of the organization or human resources/recruiting professional
Strategically redirecting if/when there are setbacks
Championing you and your skills, talents, and experiences
Celebrating with you when there are wins (and hopefully big wins!)

Session #1 - Your Green Career Plan and Strategy
What are your overall Green Career goals? What direction do you want your career to take next in the sustainability field? What specific "green" opportunities are a good fit for your experience and expertise?
Session #2 - Your Green Career Map
On this call, we review your goals in more detail and identify the steps to take next using Waterford's Green Career Map™.
What gaps exist in your current Green Career plan and strategy? What do you need to achieve your goals in the sustainability field? How can we set you up for success?
Sessions #3 and #4
We implement the plan we agreed on based on Waterford's Green Career Map™, always knowing we can change it based on your needs. When you get to success, we celebrate!
